Dustin Gallagher
Mostly known for his bright smile and sweet dance moves, Dusty is the best version of himself when he is cooking. After almost three decades of restaurant and kitchen life, he’s teamed up with his best friend and partner to feed and bring joy to you and your families.
Late-night secret snacks: cheese dip & crackers (rip that little red stick), sour kids 4 ever.
Flo Leung
What can we say, Flo loves a good story, especially if food is involved! She’s worked in and around the culinary industry for over fifteen years, from BOH to recipe development and food television production. Flo’s current work includes her illustration and writing practice. Sharing and running Noble House with Dusty is honestly the cherry on top of the whole deal!
Current fave snacks: salt & vinegar kettle chips, those thin chocolate mint squares…does a Paper Plane count?
