We’re celebrating the Lunar New Year with one of our favourite family traditions - a Hot Pot Party! We love the DIY participation involved in this meal - it’s a cook-and-eat-what-you-like feast of the best kind.

We’ve included everything you’ll need to enjoy this interactive meal at home, from the homemade stock & prepared ingredients and sauces - to (if you need it) the hot pot itself. We’d LOVE to have you try this meal at home if you haven’t already.

Meat & Seafood Platter
includes beef & shrimp, meatballs & seafood balls

Veggies!
mushrooms, napa cabbage, watercress & more tender greens

Noodles & Tofu & Dumplings
a super fun selection of glass/chewy noodles & tofu puffs & dumplings

Our House Hot Pot Stock
with spicy chili paste to add as you like

Plenty of Sauces to Mix & Dip

Lucky Sweets to finish
includes tangerines & lucky red candies

Ingredient platters will be portioned/packaged for optimum freshness. Some minor plating may be needed. Stocks will need to be brought to a boil for serving.

HOT POT EQUIPMENT

Perhaps you’re familiar with Hot Pot at home & already have all the bits and pieces - they’re available at most Asian grocery stores and some hardware/restaurant supply spots. It’s also totally cool to improvise & adapt with what tools you’ve already got at home.

Still looking for equipment? We want to make it SO EASY for you to enjoy this meal - we’ve put together a basic package with the main things you’ll need.

Our Hot Pot Equipment Package includes:

  • Portable Cassette Burner with Fuel

  • Double-Sided Pot
    We like this as a great option for enjoying spicy/non-spicy and veg/not-veg cooking at the same time.

  • Individual Slotted Spoons
    A little “net” for each person to dunk & cook & scoop away
